My teammate and I prepared to take on the Carolina Nationals at this amazing facility down in South Carolina!
On March 20-22 I participated in the Carolina Nationals held in Rock Hill, SC. The weekend started with some beautiful weather for the practice day on Friday. But unfortunately, the race weekend did not start the same. I took
a nasty crash in my first round Saturday, but still competed, even with being sore,the rest of the weekend. I came away with a couple of 5th place finishes and a very sore and bruised hip. Although it was not my best results, I now know what I need to work on and you can never help crashes! It was overall a fun weekend filled even though I came home with sun burn, some bruises, and some not so great finishes. But that's okay. On to training for the next one next month in Georgia!
